We do not accept returns or
exchanges , if there is a problem with your order or a product please contact us

| How long does it take for my order
to be processed? |
Normal turn around on orders
is 1 to 2 business days. We ship Via UPS. |
| Do you ship from the Post Office? |
We normally do not ship from the
post office . If you request USPS, be aware that it could be
several days before your order will go out. |
| What payment methods do you accept? |
We do accept Paypal, Visa,
Mastercard and Discover. ( Cash if you visit our
storefront) We also accept money orders, however your
order will not ship until payment is received. |
| How can I find my shipping cost
before I order. |
Please be aware that our cart does
not configure shipping cost. Shipping charges are added on when your
order is processed.
If you want to know shipping charges in
advance, you can email us the order and we will email you back a shipping
quote. Or call us at 606-256-8181 |
| Is my card charged once my order is
placed in the cart? |
Our cart only gathers the
information. Your card is not actually charged until the order is
processed and ready to be shipped. |
| I ordered and selected to pay
with paypal, why
has my order not shipped? |
Please be sure and check your
emails after you place a paypal order. Just entering your
email address does not make your payment. You will be sent a
Paypal invoice with your total including shipping.
We do not ship until we receive
your paypal payment. |
We ship via UPS on all packages in the continental United States.
We charge only the exact UPS shipping charge, there is NO handling
fees.
RETURNED CHECKS: Any check that is returned for any reason will incur a
$20.00 returned check fee, plus applicable sales tax. Returned checks which
remain unpaid will be turned over to the appropriate authorities, or we will
contact your bank to have funds held until payment is made in full.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: All account that are 60 days over due will be turned over
to a collection agency if some kind of payment arrangements are not made.
KY RESIDENTS: If you do not have a KY Sales Tax Certificate, you will
be charged tax in the amount of 6%
RETURNS: To protect the integrity of our products, we do not
accept returns.
But if you have any problems, we will do all we can to resolve the issue
and make things right with you.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, if you
have any problems please contact us directly.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any accidents or adverse
reactions that may
occur from use or misuse of our products. Buyer uses product at his
or her own risk, and we are in no way liable or responsible for any incidents or
accidents that may occur from the use of our products.
Always
take care and precautions when making candles. The high temp of the wax can
cause burns, and fragrance oils can cause damage if gotten in eyes or on the
skin.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: All packages leave our facility well-packaged, in good
condition. If you receive a package that has damage to it, you must report it to UPS
for a refund. We cannot refund any monies for damaged shipments.
